Transportation of Illegal Timber from Diamer District Valleys

The Conservator of Forest Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas invites sealed bids for the transportation of 193,852 Cubic Feet (CFT) of illegal timber from various valleys and locations within Diamer District. The timber is to be stacked at designated Forest Depots as notified by the Diamer Astore Forest Circle. The bid document will provide details on quantity, type of seized timber, and transportation to the notified Forest Timber Depots. Items being procured: - Transportation of 193,852 Cubic Feet (CFT) illegal timber from different valleys/locations of Diamer District The tender requires bidders to be financially stable firms or organizations registered with a Government authorized entity (PEC). A minimum credit transaction of Rs 60 million over the last 2 years with a closing balance of Rs 10 million is mandatory. Bidders must have certificates for transporting timber/goods for Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies for the last three years. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per GB Public Procurement Rules (PPRA 2022). Tender rates must be quoted per Cubic Foot including all taxes, duties, loading/unloading, and handling charges at both ends. Handwritten rates will not be accepted. Successful bidders must submit 10% Performance Guarantee from any scheduled bank in the form of CDR/TDR in the name of Conservator of Forests Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas. A non-blacklisting affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper must accompany the technical bid documents. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Conservator of Forest Diamer Astore Forest Circle Chilas by 11:00 am on 29th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security of 5% in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required with the financial proposal. Bid documents can be obtained from the office during working hours until 4:00 pm on 20th September 2026. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant clauses of GB PPRA Rules 2022.
