Transportation of Passco Wheat for Hyderabad Region

The Regional Food Directorate Hyderabad invites bids for the transportation of Passco Wheat from District Naushahro Feroze (Passco Zone) to Hyderabad Region for the tender year 2026-2027 up to the period 28-02-2027. Centers/Godowns of Hyderabad Region. The contractor is responsible for all en-route shortages and losses, which will be recovered from bills or security deposits. The contract period is valid until 28-02-2027. Eligibility criteria include a complete company profile, CNIC copies, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board tax evidence, registration certificate, and a bank statement showing a minimum turnover of Rs. 50 million per annum for the last three years. Transport contractors must have experience handling 35,000 to 40,000 metric tons of wheat or similar capacity over the last three years. Earnest money and bid security must be submitted electronically through the SPPRAP EPADS portal. The tender form must be submitted through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 25-09-2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and bids are valid for 90 days. The bid security must be submitted before the deadline to avoid rejection.
