Transportation and Safe Handling of HT/LT PC Spun Poles under MEPCO Circle Vehari

Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites bids for transportation, safe handling, shifting, and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles of sizes 31', 36', and 45' from designated pole plants to site under MEPCO Circle Vehari. This procurement is specific to the jurisdiction of the Mailsi Division under Circle Vehari. Items being procured: - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36' - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 45' - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of LT PCC / Spun Poles 31' The designated pole plants include M/S Khacha Khu, M/S All Pole Plants Lahore, M/s Jahanian, M/s Lodhran, M/s Jhang Pole Plant, M/s Sadiqabad, M/s Sakhi Sarwar, M/s Darya Khan, M/s Chiniot, M/s Mian Brothers Shah Kot, M/s Pindi Bhattian, M/s Kanjiwani Sumandri, and M/S Sahiwal Noor Shah Road. Rates must include all applicable taxes such as GST and withholding tax. The scope covers the transportation and erection of long P.C. spun poles provided by MEPCO from specified pole plants. The work requires adherence to safety and quality standards as per MEPCO and PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C6 with a financial limit of PKR 25 million. Specialized codes required include CE-10 (Civil works), EE-04 (Low Voltage Installation), and EE-05 (High Voltage Installation). A minimum of 5 PCP points and at least one PEC registered engineer attached to the firm are mandatory. Valid PEC registration certificates must be attached with the bid. The estimated cost is bold PKR 2.0 Million including all applicable taxes. Earnest money in the form of a bid security of Rs. 60,000/- must be submitted. Bids will be received electronically via EPMS only and must be submitted by 30th July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Superintending Engineer (OP) Circle Vehari.
