Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for transportation, safe handling, shifting, and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36', 45' and LT PCC / Spun Poles 31' for the MEPCO (OP) Division Arifwala. Items being procured: - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36', 45' - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of LT PCC / Spun Poles 31' The designated pole plants for supply include M/s ZHN Okara Pole Plant, M/s E.A P/Creative/Junaid/Vision Pole Plant, M/s Mian Brothers Shah Kot Pole Plant, M/s Sakhi Sarwar Pole Plant, M/s Sadiqabad Pole Plant, M/s Kacha Kho Pole Plant, M/s Jahanian Pole Plant, M/s Darya Khan Pole Plant, M/s Lodhran Pole Plant, M/s Jhang Pole Plant, M/s Gani Bakhsh Chiniot Pole Plant, M/s Pindi Bhatian Pole Plant, M/s Sangiani (Islamabad) Pole Plant, M/s NAM International (Jahangir) Pole Plant, M/s Sadoki Gujranwala Pole Plant, W/s Athra Hazari Pole Plant, M/s Kanjwani (Sumandri) Pole Plant, M/s Unze (Sahian Wala) Faisalabad Pole Plant, M/S Global (Noor Shah, Yousaf Wala) SWL Pole Plant, and M/S Vision Pole Plant Bhai-Pharu. The scope includes safe handling and erection of poles from these designated plants to the MEPCO Division site at Arifwala. Registered and renewed firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) must meet eligibility criteria including PEC Category C6 (without hyphen), financial limit of PKR 25 Million, updated registration, specialized codes CE-10 (Civil works), EE-04 (Low Voltage Installation), EE-05 (High Voltage Installation), minimum 05 PCP points, and at least one PEC registered engineer attached to the firm. Valid PEC registration certificate must be attached with the bid. Bidding documents are available on EPADS portal at https://ppra.gov.pk. Electronic bids will be received only via EPMS. Bid security of Rs. 60,000 must be submitted in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee valid for 120 days. Tender validity is 90 days after opening. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer (OP) Division, Arifwala on 09.10.2026 at 11:30 hrs. Bidders are advised to carefully follow PPRA rules and submit complete documentation. One practical tip: Ensure your PEC registration and engineer attachment documents are fully updated and attached to avoid disqualification. Also, register on EPMS well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
