Transportation, Safe Handling, Shifting & Erection of HT/LT Spun Poles from MEPCO Approved Pole Plant to Site of Work

Sealed tenders are invited by the Executive Engineer (OP) MEPCO Division Shujabad for transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT/LT spun poles from MEPCO approved pole plant to the site of work in Multan district. The items involved include LT Spun Poles 31 feet, HT Spun Poles 36 feet, and HT Spun Poles 45 feet. The scope covers safe transportation and erection of these poles at the designated sites in Shujabad, Sikanderabad, Jalal Pur, and Ali Pur Sadat subdivisions. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in classes A, B, C, or D with field specialization EE 04, EE 05, and CE 10, renewed for the year 2025-26. All documents including CNICs must be attested and submitted. Bidders must deposit 2% earnest money of the tender amount as call deposit from scheduled banks before issuance of tender documents. Performance security of 5% of total bid in the form of CDR is required if the quoted rate is less than 20% below analyzed rates. The security will be returned upon successful completion of work. Only firms pre-qualified with WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOS/NTDC/MEPCO are eligible. Bidders must have completed at least three similar contracts with certificates and demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 40% of contract value. Income tax returns for last two years and PRA registration are mandatory. Electronic bids are not permitted. Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer (OP) MEPCO Division Shujabad from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM after payment of Rs. 2000 non-refundable fee. No tender will be sold on the opening date. Bids must be submitted by 03:00 PM on 17-11-2026 and will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day.
