The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of works for the transportation, safe handling, shifting, and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36 feet, 45 feet and LT PCC / Spun Poles 31 feet. This tender is specifically for execution in Sahiwal, Punjab. Items being procured: - Transportation / safe handling / shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36' - Transportation / safe handling / shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 45' - Transportation / safe handling / shifting and erection of LT PCC / Spun Poles 31' The scope includes mobilization of poles provided by MEPCO from specified PCC plants, ensuring safe and timely handling and erection at site. The contract duration is 1 year with a completion period of 45 days after commencement. Bidders must be registered with FBR for NTN and GST and must not be blacklisted by MEPCO. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 5th November 2026 at 01:00 PM, with opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
