Transportation of Wheat on Hyderabad Region Routes 2026-2027

The Food Department, Government of Sindh, Hyderabad Region has re-invited registered transport contractors to provide transportation of wheat from procurement and wheat procurement centres to designated PRC locations in Hyderabad, Tando Allah Yar, Tando Muhammad Khan, District Jamshoro and Dadu. The requirement covers wheat movement during crop years 2023-24 and 2025-26 under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure through the EPADS portal. Mandatory route and lot schedule: Sr. 1, crop year 2023-24, from PRC-Tando Allah Yar of District Tando Allah Yar to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro, with bid security of **PKR 236,800**; Sr. 2, crop year 2023-24, from PRC-Badin and PRC-Golari of District Badin to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro, bid security **PKR 29,500**; Sr. 3, crop year 2023-24, from various WPCs and PRCs of District Dadu to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro, bid security **PKR 886,000**; Sr. 4, crop year 2025-26, from WPCs and PRCs of K.N. Shah and Radhan to PRC-Dadu of District Dadu, bid security **PKR 24,000**; and Sr. 5, crop year 2025-26, from WPCs and PRCs-Arazi and Sann to PRC-Shewan of District Jamshoro, bid security **PKR 239,000**. Quantities are not stated in the notice. The contractor must quote the transportation rate per 101 kg gross wheat bag, including proper loading, unloading, stacking, stitching, handling, safety and en-route loss or damage. Bags must be delivered to the relevant PRC centre or godown. All applicable taxes and charges must be included. Bids must be submitted route-wise and incomplete schedules will be rejected. Bidders must be registered with FBR and/or SRB, appear on the applicable Active Taxpayer List, and provide firm history, CNICs, tax evidence, registration documents, bank statement showing minimum turnover of **PKR 30 million per annum** for the previous three years, and relevant transport experience. Bid security is **5% of the contract value**, while a separate non-refundable tender fee of **PKR 5,000** applies. Electronic bids and scanned documents must be submitted through the SP PRA EPADS portal at https://ep procure.gov.pk and the original bid security and tender fee must reach the Office of the Deputy Director Food Hyderabad Region, Room No. 109, Ground Floor, Block-A, Shahbaz Building, Hyderabad, before **20 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**.
