Transportation of Wheat Stocks Crop-2025-26 in Shaheed Benazirabad Region Sindh

The Regional Food Directorate Shaheed Benazirabad Region invites bids for the transportation of wheat stocks for Crop-2025-26 lying in various districts of Shaheed Benazirabad Region Sindh for the tender year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for transportation services within the districts of Shaheed Benazirabad and Naushahro Feroze. Items being procured: - Transportation of 4480 bags of wheat from WPC Jam Sahib Shaheed Benazirabad District to PRC House Type Godown Nawabshah (within district) - Transportation of 14157 bags of wheat from WPC Bhiria City Naushahro Feroze District to PRC Naushahro Feroze (within district) The scope includes lifting the correct number of bags with 100% weight verification from dispatching centers, delivery to designated PRC centers/godowns, and full responsibility for en-route shortages or losses. The contractor must handle loading, unloading, weighing, stacking, sweeping, stitching of torn/slack bags, and ensure proper stacking up to 15-18 layers. The contract period is up to 28-02-2027. Eligibility requires a minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million per annum for the last three years, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board tax registration, and experience handling at least 10,000 metric tons of wheat or similar capacity in the last 3 years. Transport contractors already working with the Food Department must provide No Dues Certificates. The bid security amounts are Rs. 44,800 and Rs. 141,500 for the respective routes. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 03-08-2026 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Pay order of Rs. 5000 is required for bidding documents.
