Expression of Interest for Advertising Agencies for National and International Publicity Campaigns

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Advertising Agencies/Firms for handling its national and international publicity campaigns for a period of two (02) years. This procurement is issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority based in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Handling national and international publicity campaigns - Creative/artwork development including print, electronic, and digital/social media - Concepts and copies - Sketches - Preliminary designs - Storyboards - Scripts The scope includes comprehensive advertising services covering multiple media platforms to effectively promote PTA's initiatives and campaigns. Agencies enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan, are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit their applications/profiles along with creative samples in accordance with the EOI document/brief available on PTA's official website www.pta.gov.pk. The EOI document may also be obtained from PTA Headquarters via email. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope at the office of Communications Directorate, PTA Headquarters, F-5/1, Islamabad. The submission deadline is strictly on or before 06 November 2026 at 02:30 PM. The EOI will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. Proposals will be evaluated under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, the EOI will be opened on the next working day at the same time. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your submission strictly follows the instructions provided in the EOI documents and includes all required creative/artwork samples to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
