Procurement of Tyres, Tubes, Flappers, Batteries, Filters, and Engine Overhaul Spare Parts for Vehicles of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh)

Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, sole distributors, and authorized dealers for the supply of various vehicle-related items for their fleet in Karachi. This procurement is being managed by the EME Branch at the Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), located at Muslim Jinnah Courts Building, Dr Zia Ud Din Ahmed Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Tyres, tubes & flappers (different sizes) (Tender No: 6011/EME/Tyre/01/26) - Batteries (different AH) (Tender No: 6011/EME/Bty/02/26) - Filters (different type) (Tender No: 6011/EME/Filters/03/26) - Engine overhaul spare parts of vehicles (package deal, different type) (Tender No: 6011/EME/Spare/04/26) Each item requires a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000. The technical scope covers a range of vehicle maintenance and operational needs, ensuring that only genuine and high-quality parts are supplied for the operational readiness of the Rangers' fleet. Suppliers must be able to provide items in various sizes and specifications as per the requirements of the department. Tender documents can be obtained from the EME Branch, Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), Karachi, from 6 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 between 0900 to 1600 hours on working days, upon payment of the tender fee. Bids must be dropped in the tender box by 21 August 2026 till 1030 hours. Tenders will be opened on 21 August 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of firm representatives. The Director General, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004.
