The bidder must provide a three-year comprehensive warranty with next business day onsite support. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, valid FBR registration, and must not be blacklisted. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of an irrevocable call deposit or pay order is required. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
