Procurement of UAV Based Navigational AIDS Inspection System with Training, Testing and Commissioning

Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids for the procurement of a UAV Based Navigational AIDS Inspection System, including training, testing, and commissioning, at Karachi. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the technical capabilities of the authority in the inspection and maintenance of navigational aids at airports. Items being procured: - UAV Based Navigational AIDS Inspection System (with Training, Testing and Commissioning) The technical scope covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of a modern UAV system specifically designed for the inspection of navigational aids. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing comprehensive training to the relevant staff, as well as conducting testing and commissioning of the system to ensure full operational readiness. The project is to be executed at the Air Navigation Services (ANS) Branch. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms with relevant experience in supplying, installing, and commissioning UAV-based inspection systems or similar aviation technology solutions will be preferred. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR must be submitted as per the tender requirements. Bids must be submitted by 02-11-2026 at 1100 hours, and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours at the ANS Branch.
