Tender Description
The Mangla Dam Housing Authority Mirpur is procuring works for unblocking and repairing sewerage lines, cleaning and repairing drains, repairing footpaths, and uprooting surkanda and jungle clearance in New Small Town Dudyal and Siakh. This tender covers multiple civil and sanitation works including sewerage line repairs, drain cleaning, footpath repairs, and vegetation clearance. The projects are scheduled for completion within six months and involve detailed site work in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Eligible bidders must be licensed firms or contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) endorsement in C&W/PP&H for the fiscal year 2025-26, specifically in category C6 and above. Firms must also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Joint ventures are allowed with prior approval from the employer.
