Tender Description
The Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Glassware Equipment. This tender is specifically for suppliers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed.

- Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Glassware Equipment
The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot-I for Uniform and PPE with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,100,000 and Lot-II for Glassware Equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost for each lot.
The technical scope includes supplying quality PPE and glassware equipment suitable for environmental protection and climate change activities. The site of delivery and use is Lahore, and the procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Bidders must ensure their bids are complete, conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The bid security must be submitted digitally via the Punjab E-Procurement System and attached with the technical bid.
Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities, valid FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The bid validity period is 120 days.
The submission deadline is 17th August 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders should submit their bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the rules.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your digital bid security is properly generated and uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System to avoid disqualification. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately but within the same e-bid package to comply with the single stage two envelope procedure.
