Provision of Security Staff Through Service Contract at PITAC Regional Centre Gilgit

Items being procured: - 02 (Two) Security Guards (Ex-Servicemen of Pakistan Army, preferably infantry, artillery or armored corps) for day/night shifts The scope includes providing security related intelligence, vigilance, guarding duties, patrolling premises, safeguarding personnel, properties, materials, and equipment from unauthorized use, loss, theft, trespassing, espionage, and sabotage. Guards must ensure compliance with PITAC security regulations, monitor fire-fighting equipment, regulate human traffic, and prevent violent crimes. The agency must provide uniforms, identity cards, licensed 12 bore shotguns with shells, and other security gear. Security personnel must be medically fit, below 50 years, and have verified police clearance. The agency must comply with statutory obligations, hold valid NTN and license from Home/Labor department, and provide weekly to annual security reports. Bidders must submit one bid valid for 90 days, including attested copies of licenses, company profile, audited financial statements, client list, police clearance, and service tax registration. The contract agency will be compensated for extra manpower as per quoted rates. Penalties apply for late deployment or absence.
