Tender Description
The Cantonment Board Multan invites sealed bids from well reputed contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding NTN and PEC registration under relevant codes and categories. The procurement is for the construction of 2x-shops at the Fruit & Vegetable Market located in Multan Cantt. This project involves civil construction works as per the defined scope available on the PPRA E-Pads portal. Items being procured:

The bidding documents include Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Qualification Criteria, Estimate, Bid Form, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Bid Evaluation Criteria, Integrity Pact, and Indemnity Bond. Bidders must submit their bids online through the E-Pads tendering system at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% amounting to Rs. 0.6 Million is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Board Officer, Cantonment Board Multan. The CDR must clearly mention the name of the firm and be submitted three days prior to bid opening. Pay Orders are not acceptable. Bidders must also upload a scanned undertaking on judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 1200/- confirming no litigation involvement.
The bids will be publicly opened at the office of Cantonment Board Multan in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the bid amount is less than 5% below the NIT amount, additional performance security equal to the difference must be submitted. All quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes. The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement with the Cantonment Board Multan and comply with all terms and conditions. Blacklisted or litigated firms will be disqualified. For further information, bidders may contact the Engineering Branch of Cantonment Board Multan.
