Up-Gradation Class-III (Unmanned) L-Xing Gate No.58 and Gate No.59 Level Crossing Between Abad-Jacobabad Stations on Roh-Sib Section

Pakistan Railways Sukkur invites bids for the up-gradation of Class-III (Unmanned) L-Xing Gate No.58 at KM 81/8-9 and Gate No.59 at KM 82/1 into Class-II level crossing between Abad-Jacobabad stations on the Roh-Sib section. This project involves upgrading two unmanned level crossings to improve safety and operational efficiency on this railway section. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of L-Xing Gate No.58 at KM 81/8-9 - Up-gradation of L-Xing Gate No.59 at KM 82/1 The scope includes all necessary civil and electrical works to convert the existing unmanned gates into Class-II level crossings, ensuring compliance with Pakistan Railways safety standards. Eligible firms must be registered with Sale Tax and Income Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders are required to submit a single-stage one-envelope bid as per PPRA rules. The original bid security of Rs. 0.925 Million must be submitted in the form of a pay order or call deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of DAO, PR Sukkur. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted on EPADS before 11:00 hours on 31-08-2026, with a hard copy delivered to the office by the same date and time. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on 31-08-2026 in the presence of bidders' representatives.
