Up Gradation and Rehabilitation of Lavatories and Common Washrooms at Tahira, Khadija, and Rabia Hostels

Rawalpindi Women University invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders with Federal/Provincial tax authorities registered on Punjab E-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category (C-6 and above) & code of specialization (CE-10) for the following works: Items being procured: - Up gradation/Rehabilitation of Lavatories and common washrooms of Tahira hostel (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.82 Million) - Up gradation/Renovation of lavatories & common washrooms of Khadija/Science Hostel (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.23 Million) - Up gradation/Renovation of lavatories & common washrooms of Rabia Hostel (Estimated Cost Rs. 2.67 Million) Bidding documents are available on Punjab E-Procurement System website. Bids must be submitted online by 08-10-2026 before 10:30 am and will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in presence of Campus Construction Committee and contractors or their representatives. Manual/telephonic or conditional bids will not be entertained. Bidders must submit CNIC copies, PEC registration certificate, Active Status Proof of Income Tax and Punjab Sale Tax, Professional tax and nonblacklisting affidavit along with the authority letter of authorized person. Bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA rules. No physical instrument or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) will be accepted. All bidders must quote their rates against each entry and submit complete financial bids including DNT/BOQ and blank entries/pages will be declared non-responsive. Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of release of payment as per Government of Punjab rules. Any fake information/document will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Response time is calculated from the date of publishing on PPRA website.
