Upgradation of Air Compressor Test Bench

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for the upgradation of the Air Compressor Test Bench with a delivery period of 3 months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Air Compressor Test Bench as per attached Annexure "A" Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or relevant government/semi-government organizations. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM are necessary for distributors or agents. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 02 September 2026 at 1100 hours, with tender opening immediately after. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website.
