The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications from pre-qualified firms and contractors for various construction and upgradation works at PAC Kamra and other associated locations including Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Attock, Bakar, Kalar Kahar, Sargodha, D.G. The scope covers multiple sites with a focus on PAC Kamra and its associated technical and domestic areas. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 with validity up to June 2026. Firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services. Submission requires a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Preferably, firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C will be given preference. A 2% bid security will be required from non-enlisted firms. The tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors.
