Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC licenses in the relevant categories for multiple road improvement projects in Lahore. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA-38 (2)(a) and PPRA Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Upgradation and Improvement of Atta Bakhsh Road from Azam Chowk to Ring Road, Lahore
- Painting Jangla at Canal Bank Road (from Doctor Hospital to Mall Road), Lahore
- Transformation of Ferozepur Road as Model Road through Urban Regeneration & Sustainable Development from Nishtar Depot to Pak Arab Society (Walkways, Parking Areas, Façade Uplift & Allied Works)
- Signage Upgradation of Canal Bank Road (from Jinnah Underpass to Mall Road), Lahore
These works involve civil construction, painting, urban regeneration, sustainable development, and signage upgrades on major roads in Lahore. Contractors must submit technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote rates in figures and words as per the tender documents. A digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required, submitted through the e-Procurement portal in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
