Upkeep, Repair, Maintenance, Landscaping, and Electrical/Mechanical Works for Federal Lodges and Residential Colonies

The Ministry of Housing and Works, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for various upkeep, repair, maintenance, landscaping, and electrical/mechanical works at federal lodges and residential colonies across Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad, and Karachi for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure on item rate basis as per Pak. PWD Schedule of Rate 2022. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 with valid income tax and sales tax registrations, and hold valid PEC licenses in the relevant categories. Items being procured: - Up-Keep Essential Items for Smooth Running of Federal Lodge, Chamba House, Lahore - Repair and Maintenance of Federal Government Residential Colonies at Lahore (Boundary Wall, Enquiry Office & General Repair) - Landscaping and Horticulture Work at Federal Government Lodges, Hostel and Colony, Estate Office, Peshawar & Islamabad (Remaining Works) - Upgradation / Repair & Maintenance of Federal Lodge & Residential Colonies at Peshawar (Parks, Boundary Walls, External Work & Miscellaneous Repair) - Upgradation of Annexy at Federal Lodge-II, Islamabad - Upgradation / Special Repair and Maintenance of Federal Lodges/Residential Colonies and Government Land at Karachi (Boundary Wall, Parks, External Works and Miscellaneous Works) - General Repair and Maintenance of Federal Government Lodges, Hostels, 48-Family Suites and Government Land at Islamabad - Improvement/Upgradation of E/M Installations in Federal Residential Colonies at Lahore (Repair of Turbine, transformer and Boring work etc) - Improvement/Upgradation of E/M Installations in Federal Residential Colonies at Peshawar (Installation of Sewerage Pumping Set) The scope covers civil works including boundary walls, parks, external works, landscaping, horticulture, and general repairs, as well as electrical and mechanical installations such as turbine and transformer repairs and sewerage pumping set installation. The works are spread across multiple federal locations, requiring specialized PEC categories C-4 and C-6 with codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10 for civil works and EE-04, EE-11, ME-07 for electrical/mechanical works. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. The bid security amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 6,000,000. The completion times range from 15 days to 330 days depending on the lot. The tender documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. The original bid security in the form of CDR/Banker’s Cheque must reach the Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad by 10 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
