Uplifting and Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement and Road Works in Northern District Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Tehsil Wari Dir Upper is procuring comprehensive uplifting and beautification activities in Northern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender covers infrastructure improvement including monuments, street lights, green spaces, and road works across multiple Union Councils such as Wari, Akhgaram, Chappar, Nehag, and Dislawar. The scope includes installation of street lights at Wari, Akhgaram, Jagam, and Dhonak Bazar, construction of main entrance and cultural gate at Akhgaram, and rehabilitation or renovation of footpaths, green belts, side drains, and tuff tiles along with link roads. Additionally, there are smaller scale works like PCC roads, culverts, retaining walls, bore wells, solarization of bore wells, RCC slabs, and irrigation channels in various locations within the district. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category C or E. Active status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue is mandatory. Firms should be technically and financially capable, with experience in similar civil and infrastructure works. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS, requiring submission of both technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes. The last date for submission of bids is 4th June 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted to the Assistant Director LG & RDD Tehsil Wari near Nayab Filling Station opposite to Grid Station Wari. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th May 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value is required. It is advisable for bidders to carefully prepare their technical proposals to meet all criteria and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
