Uplifting and Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights and Green Spaces in Jamrud District

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Jamrud District Khyber is procuring comprehensive uplifting and beautification activities across multiple key locations within Jamrud. This includes infrastructure improvements, enhancement of monuments, installation of street lights, and development of green spaces. The scope covers main bazaars, bypasses, and surrounding areas such as Malak Taj Pump, Shakas Bazar, Sakhi Pul Bazar, Tadi Bazar, Sam Baba Adda, Wali Khel Bazar, Madrasa Bazar 1 and 2, Speen Dhand Bazar, Kohi Chowk 1 and 2, and Qamber Abad Shalobar Bazar. Each scheme is estimated at **PKR 50 Million** with a required earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant C-5 category and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2025-26. Registration with FBR and KPRA is mandatory. Bidders should have proven experience in civil works, electrical installations, and landscaping or horticulture projects. The tender follows the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) market rate system and requires submission of technical and financial bids through the EPADS system, followed by sealed hard copies delivered via registered courier to the Tehsil Municipal Officer office. Bidders must attach a valid call deposit receipt as earnest money, PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, CNIC copies, and KPRA registration.
