Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department of Tehsil (IIQ) District Mardan is procuring uplifting and beautification activities across the Central District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender covers civil works including improvement and beautification of public infrastructure such as roads, drains, and streets in various Union Councils including UC Gujjar Ghari Saro Shah, Manga, UC Jamal Ghar, Bagdada R1, Bagdada R2, Hathian, Shergarh, Lundkhowar, Jewar, Makkori, Umar Abad, Parkho, Kas Korona, Mardan Khas, Hoti, Guli Bagh, Ronya, Baghe Irum, Musliman Abad, Kandari, Gumbat, Muhib Banda, and Daga. The scope also includes road street drains improvement in UC Takkar Tehsil Takhkhal.
The estimated cost for these works is a substantial **PKR 204 million** with earnest money requirements set at 2% of the estimated cost. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the relevant category and must be enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Valid FBR and ATL registration is mandatory. Experience in similar civil works projects will be a key eligibility criterion.
