Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department at Tehsil HQ District Mardan is inviting sealed tenders for uplifting and beautification activities in the Central District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is specifically for electrical works related to beautification and uplifting in various tehsils of Mardan district.
Items being procured:
- Uplifting/Beautification Activities in Tehsil Rustam, District Mardan (Estimated Cost: 11.09 Million PKR)
- Uplifting/Beautification Activities in Tehsil Ghari Kapora, District Mardan (Estimated Cost: 20.00 Million PKR)
- Uplifting/Beautification Activities in Tehsil Mardan, District Mardan (Estimated Cost: 15.12 Million PKR)
The scope covers electrical works for beautification and uplifting activities across the specified tehsils. The tender documents can be downloaded from the official e-procurement system (ePADS). Bidders must submit their bids electronically by 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Earnest money must be submitted as 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD (Senior) Mardan.
Eligible contractors must have relevant Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) codes as per the specifications mentioned in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs). Bidders quoting below 10% of the engineer estimate must submit bid security equal to the engineer estimate. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) certificate for the current financial year are mandatory.
