Uplifting, Beautification, and Construction of Water Channel and Sanitation Works in District Kohistan Upper

The Local Government and Rural Development Department District Kohistan Upper invites sealed tenders for multiple uplifting, beautification, and construction works in Komila and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - PACKAGE-1: Uplifting/Beautification Activities at UC Komila, Bariyar, Sazeen, Goshali, and Harban - PACKAGE-2: Uplifting/Beautification Activities at LG Colony UC Komila - PACKAGE-3: Construction of water channel, drains & sanitation from Khan to Jamra, far to Bar Muslim Kot, Thapar to Jhamra Lohi, Jalkot Village tank to Jalkot road, Drain Abdul Wadood Youdain Khail & Sanitation/Drain at Jalkot village tank to Jalkot Road Abdul Wadood Youdaeen The scope includes civil works for beautification and uplifting activities as well as construction of water channels and sanitation drains. The work will be executed at multiple sites within Komila and adjacent union councils, requiring quality materials and adherence to technical specifications for water supply and sanitation infrastructure. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department. Firms should have valid FBR registration and demonstrate relevant experience in similar civil and sanitation works. Earnest money is required at 2% of the estimated cost for each package. The last date for submission of electronic tender forms is 4th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and also sent in hard copy sealed envelopes containing separate Technical and Financial proposals to the Office of Assistant Director Senior LG & RDD, District Council Road Komila via registered courier before the deadline.
