This tender invites bids for the uplifting, renovation, interior and exterior construction works of the Chief Collector Customs Enforcement Office located in Islamabad. The contract demands a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-5 or above, with relevant codes and tax registrations. Bidders must demonstrate financial strength with audited statements for the last three years and provide evidence of similar completed projects valued at PKR 50 million or above. The tender follows a single stage two-envelope procedure with technical evaluation weighted at 70% and financial at 30%. The contract duration is three months with a six-month defect liability period. Bid security of PKR 3,500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory.
