Supply of UV Double Beam Spectrophotometer with Computer and Accessories

Pakistan Tobacco Board invites bids for the supply of a UV Double Beam Spectrophotometer along with a computer and accessories at the Tobacco Research Station in Mardan. This procurement is specifically managed by the Pakistan Tobacco Board, located in Peshawar, serving the research needs of the Tobacco Research Station. The instrument must be brand new, CE/ISO certified, and come with a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty including parts and service. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax certificates, active Income Tax payers, and have at least seven years of relevant experience with a minimum of five supply orders since 2017. Firms should have at least four offices across Pakistan and must provide after-sales service availability within the country. The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the e-PADS system.
