Tender Description
A reputable Public Sector Organization based in Lahore is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase of vacutainer tubes, multiple sample and butterfly needles. This procurement is open to reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers, and proprietors who possess valid GST and NTN numbers and have their own offices with telephone numbers. The procurement is on a F.O.R. Lahore basis for the items listed below.
Items being procured:
- Vacutainer Tubes (as per attached list)
- Multiple Sample Needles (as per attached list)
- Butterfly Needles (as per attached list)
Quantities and detailed specifications for each item are provided in the attached list, which can be obtained from the office after submitting documentary evidence and a written request to the PR Administrator, along with a non-refundable payment of **Rs. 1000** via Deposit-at-Call or Pay Order in favour of the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.10068, Lahore.
Bidders are required to deposit **5% Earnest Money** of the quoted value in the shape of Deposit at Call in favour of the Pr. Accounts Officer. This earnest money will be refunded upon satisfactory supply and completion of the guarantee period if the supply order is awarded. For unsuccessful bidders, the earnest money will be released as soon as the case is finalized. The validity of rates must be **90 days**. Tenders not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected.
The last date for purchasing the tender documents is **09-September-2026 before 10:00 AM**. The last date and time for submission of tenders is **09-September-2026 before 11:00 AM**. Tenders will be opened on the same day at **11:30 AM** in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bidders must clearly superscribe the Tender Notice No. and due date on the envelope for identification.
Suppliers are requested to bring their I.D. Card when collecting tender documents. For a smooth process, ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared in advance.
