Procurement of Vehicle Spare Parts, Lubricants, Repairs, Printer Toners, Stationery and Miscellaneous Items

The **Government of Gilgit-Baltistan Planning and Development Department – Economic Transformation Initiative (ETI-GB)** invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, dealers, manufacturers and service providers for procurement of consumable items required for its regional operations. The procurement is financed through the Economic Transformation Initiative and covers goods and related repair and maintenance support. Mandatory item and lot list: Sr. No. 1: Vehicle spare parts, lubricants, repair and maintenance, with detailed requirements provided in the tender document. Sr. No. 2: Office supplies and miscellaneous items, with specifications in the tender document. Sr. No. 3: HP printer toners, details to be supplied as stated in the bidding documents. Sr. No. 4: Stationery items, according to the required specifications and quantities in the tender document. No quantities or units are printed in the advertisement; bidders must obtain the complete bidding documents for the detailed schedule. Interested firms may obtain bidding documents free of cost from the relevant regional offices during working hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting from publication of the advertisement. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and delivered to the respective regional office. The submission deadline is **18 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at **11:30 a.m.** at the respective offices, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend. Each bid must include refundable bid security of not less than **3%** of the bid price, in the form of a bank draft or CDR issued by a scheduled bank. Late bids and abnormally low bids may be rejected.
