Hiring of Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services for South Punjab Authority

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of the South Punjab Authority invites applications from eligible Vehicle Tracking Companies for hiring Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services for the South Region of Punjab. This contract is for a period of three years, extendable for another three years. The pre-qualification and subsequent bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P). Items being procured: - Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services for South Punjab Authority covering the South Region of Punjab including divisions and districts: Multan (Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehar), Bahawalpur (Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan), Dera Ghazi Khan (Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Kot Addu, Taunsa), and Sahiwal (Sahiwal, Okara, Pakpattan). The scope includes provision and management of vehicle tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency and monitoring for the South Punjab Authority. The service provider must comply with the technical and operational criteria as per the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD). Interested applicants can download the PQD free of cost from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Applications must be completed, signed, and stamped, then submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 27 August 2026 at 1100 hours. The online opening of applications will be held the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of applicants or their representatives. A meeting prior to PQD submission will be held on 18 August 2026 at 1100 hours at LWMC office, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Applicants should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR/ATL and any required PEC categories.
