Procurement of Vehicles Spare Parts/Tyres for Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme

Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) invites sealed proposals from experienced and registered genuine spare parts dealers for Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, KIA, and Mitsubishi vehicles. This procurement is for the supply of spare parts and tyres for GBRSP's official vehicles for the financial year 2026-27 in Gilgit. Items being procured: - Spare parts for Toyota vehicles - Spare parts for Honda vehicles - Spare parts for Suzuki vehicles - Spare parts for KIA vehicles - Spare parts for Mitsubishi vehicles - Tyres for the above vehicles Bidders are required to quote rationalized and market-based rates for all spare parts. The quoted rates must not exceed 15% above or fall below 15% of the prevailing market or reference rates determined by the Procuring Agency. Any rate outside this ±15% range will be considered unreasonable or non-responsive, leading to disqualification as per bidding documents. The bidding documents include detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee. The bidding documents are available at GBRSP Head Office near Forest Complex Jutial, Gilgit, at a cost of Rs 2000/- as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions and submitted to the same address by September 04, 2026, till 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
