Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of a Video Conferencing System / Solution along with a Smart LED Screen and allied accessories for the DG PAA Main Conference. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Items being procured:
- Video Conferencing System (Quantity: 1 Each)
- Smart LED Screen
- Allied Accessories as per detailed specifications
The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and related services for the video conferencing system and associated equipment at the Logistics Centre (South), Karachi. Bidders must comply with the detailed technical specifications provided in Annexure A-3 of the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayer List with 100% compliance for Income and Sales Tax. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee as specified.
Key dates include the bid submission deadline on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
