Walk-in Registration of Vendors for Supply of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Medical Devices & Implants for Govt. M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital Yakki Gate Lahore

Govt. M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital Yakki Gate Lahore invites eligible vendors for walk-in registration (fresh/renewal) for local purchase on day to day (LPDD) basis of medicines and surgical disposables for the year 2026-27. The registration is open to vendors possessing licensed operational pharmacy within a 10km radius of the hospital and having established technical, managerial, and financial capabilities. Items being procured: - Drugs - Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Medical Devices & Implants - Other Therapeutic Goods (Local/Multinational/Imported) on day to day basis through Online Automated Local Purchase (LPDD) System deployed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). This registration will also cover supplies for hospital Zakat patients. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents and detailed terms from Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and SHC & ME website (http://health.punjab.gov.pk/tenders.aspx). Bids must be submitted online on Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. A performance guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque along with the technical proposal. Registration is open for new and renewal vendors to enhance competition. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without justification. Hard copies of bids are not required. The PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) will calculate response time from the date of advertisement publication on 19 August 2026. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on Punjab e-Procurement System to avoid last-minute technical issues and to prepare all required documents including valid licenses and financial guarantees in advance.
