Walk-in Registration of New LPDD Vendors for Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Healthcare Items

SFMKB Institute of Cardiology Dera Ghazi Khan invites applications from Pharmacies and Firms registered under the Drugs Act, 1976, DRAP Act, 2012 (as amended from time to time) and other relevant laws for the Registration of New Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) Vendors for the supply of Medicines, Surgical Disposables and other allied items to be procured through Local Purchase on Day-to-Day basis. The registration process will be conducted in accordance with prescribed Registration Documents. Eligible firms having established credentials in Technical, Financial and Managerial aspects and possessing relevant experience in the supply of medicines, surgical disposables and other healthcare items to Government institutions are invited to apply subject to the following terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Other allied healthcare items Interested firms must submit a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the designated account of SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan and attach the original paid voucher with the application. Registration Documents can be obtained immediately from the Purchase Department of SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan up to 19-09-2023 at 11:00 AM. A copy of the Registration Documents will also be available on the websites of SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan (URL: https://sfmkb.pk) , the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS), and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Required documents, duly attested, along with the prescribed Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- (Refundable) in the name of the Medical Superintendent, SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan, must be submitted with the application. Applications received without the prescribed Performance Guarantee shall not be entertained. Applications/documents shall be submitted in the Purchase Department, SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan on or before 19-09-2023 at 11:00 AM. The applications shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the applicants or their authorized representatives and members of the Local Purchase Vigilance Committee. The sealed envelope must be clearly marked 'Registration of LPDD Vendors (F.Y. 2026-27)'. Applicants shall submit a complete company profile along with all required registration documents. Applicants must clearly mention the Representative's Name, CNIC Number and Contact Number in the application. If the date of submission/opening is declared a public holiday or due to any unforeseen circumstances, the next working day shall be deemed to be the date of submission/opening. The time and venue shall remain unchanged.
