Tender Description
Public Health Engineering Division Charsadda, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites eligible contractors to submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes during 2026-27. The procurement covers civil, electrical and mechanical works within the Charsadda and Tangi sub-divisions. Bidders should study the bidding documents, scheme requirements and applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules before submission.
The advertised lots are: Lot 1, PHE Sub Division Charsadda, Sub Head Civil Works, estimated cost **PKR 515,000**, earnest money plus stamp duty **PKR 11,200**, and tender fee **PKR 1,545**; Lot 2, PHE Sub Division Tangi, Sub Head Civil Works, estimated cost **PKR 515,000**, earnest money plus stamp duty **PKR 11,200**, and tender fee **PKR 1,545**; Lot 3, PHE Sub Division Charsadda, Sub Head Electrical Mechanical, estimated cost **PKR 4,377,000**, earnest money **PKR 91,540**, and tender fee **PKR 1,314**; and Lot 4, PHE Sub Division Tangi, Tangi, Sub Head Electrical Mechanical, estimated cost **PKR 4,377,000**, earnest money **PKR 91,540**, and tender fee **PKR 1,314**. A separate envelope is required for each scheme, clearly identifying the work name.
Firms and contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, valid provincial enlistment and KPPRA active registration. Electrical and mechanical contractors must also be registered with the Electrical Inspector, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for 2026-27 and obtain a local electrical or mechanical workshop certificate verified by the SDO or Sub-Engineer. The required CDR, equal to 2% earnest money plus any applicable additional security, must reach the office of the undersigned by **27 August 2026 at 12:00 noon**. Bids will be opened the same day at **2:00 PM**. Submit the original security and supporting documents to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Charsadda, while completing the electronic EPADS submission. Contractors should verify additional security requirements where bids fall substantially below the engineer estimate.
