Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and discipline, renewed for 2024-25, plus BRA, NTN, sales-tax registration where applicable, active taxpayer status on the FBR ATL, three years of similar experience, and satisfactory three-year turnover. The non-refundable tender fee is **Rs. 1,500 per work**, payable through Green Challan under account C02721-02726 at any National Bank of Pakistan branch. Bid security is **2% for each work**.
