Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Askole, Shigar

The Public Health Engineering Division, C&W Department Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a water supply scheme at Askole, Shigar. This procurement is being conducted under Rule 39(B) of the GBPPRA Rules 2022. The project is open to contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above, with specialization code CE-10 for water supply works. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Askole, Shigar (complete in all respects) The scope of work includes all civil, plumbing, and associated works required for the successful completion of the water supply scheme. The project site is located in Askole, Shigar, and bidders are expected to have relevant experience in similar works in mountainous and remote areas. The estimated cost for this project is Rs. 4.5 Million. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the bid amount, drawn in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, C&W Department, Skardu. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours up to 27-08-2026. The deadline for submission of bids is 27-08-2026 at 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. All bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and fulfill all eligibility criteria as per bidding documents.
