Tender Description
This tender invites contractors registered with the Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan in Mastung city to undertake the construction of multiple water supply schemes under the 850F program Phase-II. The works include drilling and development of bore wells up to 1100 feet depth, supply and installation of solar systems, and laying of HOPE pipes along with construction of pump houses and water storage tanks. These projects are critical for improving water infrastructure in Mastung, involving both civil works and solar power integration.
The scope covers technical challenges such as deep bore drilling, installation of solar-powered water pumping systems, and civil construction of pump houses with storage tanks. Contractors must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the fiscal year 2025-26. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. The tender follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids.
The submission deadline is set for 6th February 2025 at 11:00 AM, with the technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Mastung. Bidders must submit their documents physically in sealed envelopes to the specified office address. All terms and conditions are available at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mastung.
