Wireless Access Points for Head Office

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of Wireless Access Points for its Head Office located at PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the wireless network infrastructure with high-quality Cisco equipment to ensure robust connectivity and integration with existing systems. Items being procured: - Wireless access point/bridge, Cisco Catalyst 9115 (C9115AX-G), quantity 20 units The scope of work includes providing, installing, commissioning, and integrating these access points with the existing Cisco Catalyst C9800-L-C-K9 controller. Integration with PSO's Active Directory and DHCP server is required, along with 802.1x authentication of connected users through Cisco ISE and Active Directory. The equipment must support multiple wireless standards including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (WiFi 6), feature 4x4 MU-MIMO with three spatial streams, and have a data rate of at least 1.7 Gbps at 5 GHz and 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz. The access points must be PTA approved and come with a three-year OEM replacement warranty with next business day onsite support. Bidders must be authorized enterprise partners or distributors of Cisco in Pakistan and provide valid OEM certificates and manufacturer authorization forms. The quoted price should include all taxes, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning. Technical brochures and evidence of registration with Income and Sales Tax Departments are mandatory. The quoted solution must be listed on the manufacturer's website. Delivery, installation, and commissioning must be completed within 12-13 weeks after purchase order issuance. The deadline for submission is 11th September 2026. Bidders should submit their quotations via email as all correspondence will be conducted electronically. Earnest money and other bid security requirements are as per PSO's terms. PSO reserves the right to reject bids that do not meet technical or administrative requirements or if any document is found forged or manipulated.
