The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites electronic bids for the execution of works based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended and up-to-date. The works include: - WSS with Solar System at Killi Nooruddin Agha, Killi Agha Jan, Bashir Nasir street Killi Nasran, Killi Gulbagh Samungli Quetta, Mazaghabragh Zubair Toba Achakzai Tehsil Dobandi - WSS with Solar system Killi Rehimullah Chaman - WSS with solar system Killi Haji Qillah Abadullah - WSS Shin Tangi Pishin - Construction of Side Drains and Tuff Tile at Killi Ibrahim Quetta The procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014, amended. Basic eligibility requires valid and up-to-date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category and specialization codes, specifically Category C-4 or above with relevant specialized code. Firms must be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active in FBR ATL. Turnover of last three years and completion of at least two similar assignments is mandatory.
