WSS/RO Works for District Complex and UC Garang and Palantak District Washuk

The Public Health Engineering Division Washuk invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 of the Government of Balochistan and prevailing market rates from interested contractors, firms, drilling agencies for civil work, solar work, and pipe works for the year 2026-27. Items being procured: - WSS/RO for District Complex District Washuk (1 Job) estimated cost Rs. 4,950,552 - 5 WSS/RO for UC Garang District Washuk (1 Job) estimated cost Rs. 2,475,276 - 5 WSS/RO for Palantak District Washuk (1 Job) estimated cost Rs. 2,475,276 The scope includes drilling, civil, solar, and pipe works at multiple locations within Washuk district including Killi Qambar Haji Raheem Khan, Killi Tolki Mir Azghal, Killi Kohshk, Killi Sorr, Amag, Killi Haji Noor Ullah, Killi Atta Ullah, Morqo Qadir Abad, Killi Rasheed Morgo, and Killi Palantak. The procurement will be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, NTN, and FBR tax authorities. At least 50% project experience in the relevant field is mandatory. No litigation certificate and authorization letter for schemes are required. Joint ventures are accepted. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Tender documents will be issued to authorized firms after presentation of criteria and tender fees of Rs. 2000 to 3500 in shape of green challan form deposited in NBP Washuk. Submission deadline is 21-09-2026 by 10:00 AM. Financial bids will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 2:00 PM in presence of manufacturers, firms, or authorized representatives.
