Procurement of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Solutions for PDC Remote Science Support, Routing, and Scripting

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions to support remote science, routing, and scripting for the Primary Data Center (PDC). This procurement aims to enhance secure connectivity and robust network management for NADRA's critical infrastructure in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions for remote science support, routing, and scripting integration with the Primary Data Center (PDC) - Integration with existing Core Banking System (CBS) and compliance with relevant security standards The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of ZTNA solutions that ensure secure, policy-driven access for remote users and systems. The solution must be compatible with NADRA's current infrastructure and support advanced routing and scripting requirements. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive technical documentation and demonstrate prior experience with similar deployments in large-scale government or financial sector environments. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must submit Earnest Money as specified in the bidding documents. Only companies with proven expertise in network security and ZTNA deployments will be considered. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted online via https://tenders.nadra.gov.pk by 27 June 2024 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad.
