Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the annual repair and refurbishment of various furniture and fixtures at the Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad for the financial year 2025-26, with the possibility of extension. The scope includes repair of stretchers, wheelchairs, patient beds, chairs, tables, lockers, almirahs, sofas, and other related furniture items.
The contract covers comprehensive repair works such as welding, painting, replacement of cushions, wheels, wooden parts, polishing, and other maintenance activities. The contract duration is for one financial year with a bid validity of 180 days, and supplies are to be made within 5 days of supply orders. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS of PPRA and also provide hard copies with proper documentation.
