The District Health Officer District Shikarpur invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from eligible Suppliers, Firms, Manufacturers, Importers, and Authorized Distributors listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR/SRB for the supply of Medical Equipment, Machinery, Instruments, Furniture, and Fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 854 (Strengthening and Improvement of RHC Napairabad, Taluka Khanpur) for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment - Machinery - Instruments - Furniture / Fixture The procurement follows the Rule-46(2) Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPAD system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS by 30-11-2026 at 11:00 A.M. The original tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and fixed bid security mentioned against quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the deadline for submission of e-bids. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
