The Village Electrification (Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes, supply of 1st class burnt bricks, supply of coarse sand free of dust, road crossing for HT/LT underground cables, and supply and construction of RCC bases and plinths for external electrification at PHA-F Apartments, Sector I-12 Islamabad. This procurement is under the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad and follows WAPDA/IESCO specifications. Items being procured: - 2x2 duct line with manholes - Supply of 1st class burnt bricks - Supply of coarse sand free of dust - Road crossing for HT/LT underground cables - RCC bases and plinths The technical scope includes excavation in shingle and gravel formation, supply and laying of sand, burnt bricks, HT and LT cables, RCC pipelines, cement concrete works of various grades, dismantling of cement concrete, brickwork, cement plaster, erection and removal of centring for RCC, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication and supply of reinforcement steel, and installation of earthing arrangements as per WAPDA drawings. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR for NTN and GST with active status, registered with Punjab Revenue Authority, and provide financial statements and bank statements as per bidding documents. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 09:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
