Tender Description
The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids from firms and contractors registered on E-Procurements for the development of Green Corridor and Recreational Areas along the Railway Track from Shahdrah to Rawalnd Lahore (Package-I) and Shahdrah to Lahore Railway Station. This project is located in Lahore and aims to enhance the green spaces and recreational facilities along the railway corridor.

The project duration is 1 year. All procurement activities will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must upload Technical and Financial bids on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The Technical Bid will be opened on 29-10-2026 at 01:30 PM in the presence of the Procurement Committee of the Horticulture Agency Lahore. The Financial Bid will be opened after the Technical evaluation.
Eligibility criteria include registration with PPRA Rules 2014, valid PEC category, and submission of Earnest Money/Bid Security as specified. The Bid Security amount is Rs. 47,02,000 and must be submitted digitally. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee as per Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 before signing the contract. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
Bids must be submitted online by 29-10-2026 at 01:00 PM. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 01:30 PM. Interested bidders should carefully review the detailed instructions and conditions available on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and the Horticulture Agency Lahore website.
