2x3 Duct Line and Underground Electrical Services Conversion Works at Adyala Road Rawalpindi

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), through Village Electrification, invites eligible engineering firms and contractors to submit an electronic bid for conversion of overhead electrical services to underground infrastructure at the newly proposed underpass between 502 Workshop and Bashir Stadium, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, under City Construction Division IESCO Rawalpindi. The procurement is for one job with a quantity of 1 job, delivery schedule of 365 days, and an estimated cost of **Rs.15,547,245**. The mandatory priced schedule contains: Sr. 1, 86.29 Cum coarse dust-free sand; Sr. 2, 25,321 standard first-class burnt bricks; Sr. 3, 0.61 KM HT single-channel work; Sr. 4, 0.57 KM HT double-channel work; Sr. 5, 3.28 KM LT cable of all kinds; Sr. 6, 721.91 Cum excavation in very hard soil; Sr. 7, 300.8 Cum excavation in hard soil; Sr. 8, 180.48 Cum excavation in shingle and gravel; Sr. 9, 9.27 Cum dismantling and removing road metalling; Sr. 10, 1,349.65 metres A.C. class B pipeline installation and testing with 125mm internal diameter; Sr. 11, 1,500 metres PVC class B pipeline installation and testing with 150mm internal diameter; and additional concrete, brickwork, plaster, reinforcement, steel plates, angles, transformer earthing and distribution installation items through Sr. 24. The scope includes 2x3 duct lines with manholes, HT/LT direct burial and road or gate crossings, plinth and earthing works, transformer bases, D-box bases, and laying of underground cables according to IESCO SDI and approved drawings. Bidders must hold relevant PEC codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and CE-10, be prequalified by NTDC Lahore, and maintain active FBR, GST and PRA registrations. Similar completed work, audited turnover, bank capacity and FY 2025-26 tax returns are required. Bid security is **2% of BOQ cost**, with original security delivered before opening. Submit the e-bid through EPADS v2.0 by **24 August 2026 at 09:30 AM**; opening is at **10:00 AM**.
