Tender Description
Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced documentary filmmakers and production houses for confidential defence-related work at Ormara. The procurement involves specialized equipment and activities, with details to be shared only with shortlisted bidders under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria will be issued to eligible firms after signing the NDA. Firms must be registered with relevant tax and Navy authorities and provide qualifications and equipment details of their production team. The contract requires a security deposit of 2% of the total contract amount upon signing.
